About Word count agent

This should be used directly from the scheduler, do not support running from command line.

wc_agent get upload_id from the scheduler, then get all pfiles (the pfiles are belonging to this upload) which are not in the table agent_wc. If one pfile already in the table, it means that we already counted the word count for this pfile, ignore it.
